UCI Vows to Serve 90% of the Liberian Market with Eggs by the End of April
The United Commodities Inc. UCI, sole distributor of LAP (Liberian American Poultry) has vowed to serve eggs to 90% of egg’s consumers in Liberia by the end of April this year. The company says this is intended to reduce the price of egg on the Liberian market.
Speaking to daily Watch on the week-end, the CEO of UCI, Anwar EZZEDINE, indicated that this will allow a strong competition in prices when it comes to buying egg.
“It will surely also address the intermittent shortage of egg. We will make sure LAP eggs are always available at an affordable price.” Anwar EZZEDINE said.
