Liberty Party two embattled officials were dragged to court by a Writ of Arrest for multiple crimes including Forgery, Criminal Conspiracy and Criminal Facilitation.

The Writ of Arrest issued by Judge Jomah S. Jallah was based on a complaint by the Government of Liberia through the Ministerial Officer who alleged the Bility and Kollah of the charges.
