The Ruling Coalition for Democratic Change(CDC) ambitious one round political victory remains unchanged.

The political calculation by the ruling establishment is now surfacing from all ends of the party including major stakeholders and key executives within the party and one of such persons is Montserrado County Superintendent, Florence Brandy.

Madam Brandy has now joined the legs of Vice President Jewel Howard- Taylor, National Campaign Chair of the Party Lenn Eugene Nagbe including other officials and partisans of the CDC, stressing the importance and strategic need for a one round victory for the CDC come October 10, 2023.

Madam Brandy, who serves as one of the longest serving Superintendents since the administration of former President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf and up till present, assured the ruling establishment of 70% votes in the highest vote rich County of Montserrado.

She is on record for disclosing that Montserrado County has just one Senator.

Her comments, which were then characterized by mixed views in the political corridors of the county, was justified by her on grounds that she sees normally only one of the two senators in person of Saah Joseph tangible works including attending meetings in favor of the people, unlike Senator Abraham Darius Dillon.

According to her, the county has already spoken out with the overwhelming turnout of the people from District one to District seventeen, Montserrado County during entire political rally.

Even though the county from past election results has proven to be for the opposition, the hard working and influential Superintendent stated that the numerical dynamics will this time around change in favor of the Ruling Party.

” We will give you 70% of the votes in Montserrado County, I can assure you, Mr. President,” she reiterated.

According to her and unlike before, President George Manneh Weah has done very well for the people of Montserrado County and Liberia at large and deserves a second term for the continuation of developments across country.

She termed as shameful negative comments coming from some members of the opposition who she worked with in the past and in her words, did not do well for the people.

” We know them very well but when the right time comes very soon, we will speak out, ” she added.

The Montserrado County Superintendent told the political gathering that the past government had millions of dollars for rice production in Lofa County but they allegedly squandered the money and at the end, the entire project collapsed.

She wondered who in such case should be speaking about corruption.

Montserrado County, she disclosed, has 871,000 eligible voters and she will rally her people to go into every corner, place , towns and villages, cities and many others in a drive to deliver Montserrado County over to President Weah.

“We will not rest until Montserrado County gives you 70% of the votes,’’ she maintained.

Commenced on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 in populated Districts Seven and Eight , Montserrado County, the political leader of the CDC, George Manneh Weah along with his vice running mate Jewel Howard- Taylor including the National Campaign Chair of the party, Lenn Eugene Nagbe as well as other senior officials of the party rolled up their sleeves ,danced and sang and paraded the seventeen electoral districts of Montserrado County preaching the message of hope and peace while stressing the need for a one round victory for the continuation of development across the country.

Meanwhile and according to the Elections Law, a one round victory can only be achieved only if a single candidate accumulates 50% plus one vote from the total number of votes cast and counted at the end of the entire process, something the ruling party is certain and very optimist of achieving due to the work they did over the last six years in office.
