LIBERIA: In Tappita, Nimba County Jackson F. Doe Medical Hospital receives Assorted Medical Supplies Worth Over Hundred Thousand United States Dollars

The Jackson F. Doe Medical Hospital in Tappita, Nimba County has received assorted medical supplies valued over a Hundred Thousand United States Dollars .
According to a release, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints made the donation Tuesday at the hospital.

Elder Lee Trapanie , on behalf of the church recounted that the donation followed an assessment of the facility conducted almost a year ago, during which they saw a beautiful structure, dedicated staff but limited equipment.
Elder Trapanie said the church looks forward to a continuous partnership with the hospital and promised to do more .

Receiving the items, the Jackson F. Doe Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director , Dr. Ponnie Robertlee Dolo , expressed gratitude to the church for the medical supplies, adding the equipment will help greatly in improving the quality of care .
Dr. Dolo hopes that the partnership with the church will address other critical needs.

The 32 medical equipment include Adult Blood Pressure Monitor, Appendectomy and Hernia Surgery Set , Amputation Surgery Set, Abdominal Surgery Set, Binocular Microscope, among others.
