A Liberian Seasoned Economist, Samuel P. Jackson, has said the dismissed Post and Telecommunications Minister, Cllr. Cooper Kruah, was in error and as such his action deserved an immediate dismissal for betraying the trust of the Liberian Government.

Speaking on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 on the Super Morning Show, Mr. Jackson, who described the dismissed Post and Telecommunications Minister action as being hypocritical, contended that the action of President George Manneh Weah was in no way a show of political tolerance, as speculated by some opposition politicians.

He said the stance by President Weah was appropriate and in line with administrative procedures.
‘‘The action of the former Minister was a gross disrespect to public service,’’ he asserted.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jackson has urged Liberians to reflect on the achievements of the Weah-led Government and its prospects.
He wants citizens to take particular interest in the tangibles of the Government, including setting priorities for the next tenure.
The Liberian Economist named mass infrastructure development covering various sectors of the Country.
He warned Liberians against yielding to the fake promises of opposition politicians.
It can be recalled that President Weah nominated Atty. Worlea-Saywah Dunah as Minister of Post and Telecommunications.

Dr. Weah named the accomplished administrator and veteran public servant on Monday, May 1, 2023.

However, the nomination is subject to confirmation by the Honorable Liberian Senate.

The former Nimba County Representative (2006 – 2018) replaces Mr. Cooper W. Kruah who was relieved of his post by the Liberian Chief Executive.
